The History of House Music and it's Origins
This is a podcast focusing on the history of DJing and House Music specifically focusing on the origin of Black and primarily gay DJs in Chicago in the late 1970s. As house music is becoming more popular in society we will also see how well Michigan state students know about the history of house. The questions are focused on sharing the DJ’s own story, sharing their knowledge of house music and DJing, and educating others accurately to protect the history of house music and the creators behind house.
